Upon completion of High School in 2000, Andy enrolled at Duquesne University with a major in Music Technology. At this point he began pursuing his interest in audio recording. Aside from technology, he studied percussion with Andrew Reamer and Chris Allen, members of the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra. Maintaining his enjoyment of music, he played with the Duquesne University Jazz Workshop, Jazz Ensemble, Concert Band, Percussion Ensemble, and Wind Symphony, which performed at New York City's Carnegie Hall. A 2004 cum laude graduate, Andy first worked for the South Park marching band as a Percussion coach instructor. In November of 2004, he began teaching percussion lessons at Upper St Clair High School and working at Duquesne University's music school as an Audio/Video technician. Currently Andy is employed by Duquesne University's CTS department as an Instructional Technology Specialist.
